Selling conditions

Information under the Legislative Decree no. N.185/99::
 
Purchases made on our site, as all purchases remotely via internet or correspondence, since occur outside of business premises are protected by the Legislative Decree n.185 of 22 May 1999, which provides for the ability of the consumer exercising the right of withdrawal.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within a period of 10 working days from receipt of the goods. This right is the right to restitution of the goods bought at the supplier without any penalty and without specifying the reason and the consequent refund of the purchase price.
 
Exclusions:
 
The right of withdrawal applies to individuals acting for purposes not related to his professional activities. They are therefore excluded from the right to return purchases made by retailers and companies.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following categories of products:
     A) or audiovisual media open sealed by the consumer;
     B) newspapers, periodicals and magazines.

Administration Not Conform or damaged should be returned to our address.

For any reimbursement as information in our case the product must be sealed in the box when it was made the delivery.

Conditions for exercise of the right of withdrawal:
 
The right of return is exercised by sending, within the time limit of 10 days of delivery of a written notice by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt sent to:

  Sending products purchased within 10 days at the above.

The communication can be sent within the same period, by telegram or fax, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 48 hours. Such notification must contain the codes of the products you intend to return, and details on how to reimburse the expenditure incurred (money order, bank transfer, etc..), And any bank.
The products subject to rethinking must be returned within 10 days by the consumer, in terms of substantial integrity, the same address used by registered mail.
Once you receive the goods and if there we integrity within 15 working days to credit the customer the cost of products returned.
